Coffee Update: I'm back! Not had any coffee... just honey, lemon and brandy. Sore throat and nose. Was doing so well not getting ill!!!

Coffee Update: Bit wary about drinking my first coffee... woke up with a slight sore throat... LAST DAY OF WORK TODAY!!! WOOOP! 3 weeks off!

Coffee Update: No coffee, only the good of the greeeen tea! drunk 3 pints of water so far today. It's gym day so that's another litre gone!
